Hello, I’m ‘Johnny Broker’ Petrozelle, a Broker and REALTOR with a unique blend of real estate acumen and a rich background in the world of auto racing. Hailing from a family deeply rooted in both the real estate industry and the thrill of racing, My journey in the world of property transactions began As a young kid working in the office, and later in the field, but solidified when I earned my broker license in 2009 at 19 years old. My commitment to real estate is unwavering, having dedicated to it on a full-time basis since the inception of my career. Specializing in Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and investment ventures such as rentals and flips, I bring a wealth of knowledge, hundreds of transactions in experience, and a keen eye for lucrative opportunities for my clients.
